Join a banner exchange program
Banner exchanges are where you agree to swap banners with another
page or entity.
Often this is extended so that you agree to show any number of banners
in exchange for your banner being displayed on other pages.
Choosing a good banner exchange provider is quite important. For example
LinkExchange
will only show your banner once for every 2 times that you show someone
elses. If you are a small site, this is not likely to leed to
much traffic because on average only 1 in 100 people will click on
your banner.
